What is the process of removing Hydraulic Motor system anomalies?

F11/F12 Parker Axial Piston Variable Motors

(1) Remove old oil; (2) Clean or replace filter core and oil/water separator network; (3) Clean oil reservoir and vent of swing cylinder hydraulic motor with cloth instead of pure cotton yarn; (4) Remove all the key components and clean the parts with diesel engine (do not use gasoline, because the surface of high-precision parts washed with gasoline will be astringent).

(1) Remove old oil;

(2) Clean hydraulic motor reducer or replace filter core and oil/water separator network;

(3) Clean oil reservoir and vent with cloth instead of pure cotton yarn;

(4) Remove all the key components and clean the parts with diesel engine (do not use gasoline, because the surface of high-precision parts washed with gasoline will be astringent). When not removable, it can be cleaned with light car oil or blended oil mixed with gasoline. Organic chemical cleaning agents are strictly prohibited as they are likely to destroy the frame seals and fillers, and the sediment they adhere to the surface of the parts is likely to erode the metal material and contaminate the work oil;

(5) Reassemble the washed parts and tighten each anchor bolt and screw according to the specified torque during installation;

(6) Make the hydraulic transmission system operate at full load and circulate the system 3 or 4 times to facilitate gas release;

(7) Discharge the first addition of oil. This oil is used in the internal circulation of the vehicle just installed system software in order to flush out the most likely waste in the system software, so it should be discharged. Clean the filter and screen again after draining oil;

(8) Add the new oil strongly recommended by the processing plant into the system software according to the specified amount; Clean the filter again if necessary after the first 48 hours of work.

Common faults and solutions of Hydraulic Motors

(1) Low speed and low torque1. Insufficient oil supply of hydraulic pump1 ) The motor speed is not enough2 ) The suction filter screen is clogged3 ) Difficulty in oil absorption due to insufficient oil in the fuel tank or too small diameter of the oil suction pipe4 ) The seal is not tight5 ) The viscosity of the oil is too large6 ) The axial and radial clearances of the hydraulic pump are too large and the internal leakage increases1 ) Find out the reason and make adjustments2 ) Clean or replace the filter element3 ) Add enough oil and appropriately increase the diameter of the pipe to make the oil suction smooth4 ) Tighten the relevant joints to prevent leakage or air intrusion5 ) Choose oil with low viscosity6 ) Properly repair the hydraulic pump
2. The hydraulic pump output oil pressure is insufficient1 ) The efficiency of the hydraulic pump is too low2 ) The relief valve adjustment pressure is insufficient or fails3 ) The resistance of the oil pipe is too large (the pipe is too long or too thin)4 ) The viscosity of the oil is small and the internal leakage is large1 ) Check the hydraulic pump fault and eliminate it2 ) Check the failure of the relief valve, and then increase the pressure after elimination3 ) Replace the pipe with a larger hole diameter or minimize the length4 ) Check the sealing condition of the internal leakage part, replace the oil or seal
3. Hydraulic motor leakage1 ) The joint surface of the hydraulic motor is not tightened or the sealing is not good, and there is leakage2 ) The internal parts of the hydraulic motor are worn, and the leakage is serious1 ) Tighten the joint surface to check the sealing condition or replace the sealing ring2 ) Check the damaged parts, and repair or replace the parts
4. FailureThe support spring of the oil distribution pan is fatigued and loses its functionCheck and replace the support spring
(2) Leakage1. Internal leakage1 ) The oil distribution plate is seriously worn2 ) The axial clearance is too large3 ) The oil distribution plate and the end face of the cylinder block are worn, and the axial clearance is too large4 ) Spring fatigue5 ) Serious wear on the plunger and cylinder1 ) Check the contact surface of the oil distribution plate and repair it2 ) Check and adjust the axial clearance to the specified range3 ) Grinding the cylinder block and the end face of the oil distribution plate4 ) Replace the spring5 ) Grind the cylinder bore and reconfigure the plunger
2. External leakage1 ) Oil end seal, worn2 ) The sealing ring at the cover plate is damaged3 ) There is dirt on the joint surface or the bolts are not tightened4 ) The pipe joint is not tightly sealed1 ) Replace the sealing ring and find out the cause of wear2 ) Replace the sealing ring3 ) Check, remove and tighten bolts4 ) Tighten the pipe joint
(3) Noise
1 ) The seal is not tight, and there is air intrusion inside2 ) The hydraulic oil is polluted and there are air bubbles mixed in3 ) The coupling is not concentric4 ) The viscosity of hydraulic oil is too large5 ) The radial dimension of the hydraulic motor is seriously worn6 ) The blades are worn7 ) The blade and the stator are in poor contact, and there is a collision phenomenon8 ) Stator wear1 ) Check the sealing of relevant parts and tighten each connection2 ) Replace the clean hydraulic oil3 ) Correct the concentricity4 ) Replace oil with less viscosity5 ) Grinding the cylinder bore. Redistribute plunger6 ) Repair or replace as much as possible7 ) Make trim8 ) Repair or replace. If the spring is too hard to cause wear and tear, the spring with a smaller stiffness should be replaced
