Rexroth Vane Pump Failure to Start: Causes and Troubleshooting Methods

Rexroth vane pumps are widely used in Hydraulic Systems, but sometimes users encounter a situation where the pump suddenly fails to start. 

This can be frustrating, especially when the root cause is unclear. 

Understanding the potential reasons behind this issue and implementing effective troubleshooting methods can help restore the pump’s functionality efficiently. 

Below, we analyze the key factors that may cause a Rexroth vane pump to fail to start and provide corresponding solutions.

1. Power Supply Issues

A common reason for pump failure is related to the power system. Possible causes include:
