How to use and maintain Manual torque wrench & Torque multiplier
I. Manual torque wrench
(1) After using the torque wrench, the torque value must be adjusted to the minimum value
(2) Please "preload" the torque wrench before using it
(3) Do not "overload" the torque wrench
(4) Do not use non-original extension rods at will
(5) Do not use the torque wrench as other tools
(6) Please keep the torque wrench clean and intact
(7) Please check the torque wrench regularly
(8) The torque value for screw removal is approximately 1.5 times the value for tightening torque
II. Torque multiplier
1. Precautions for using the torque multiplier
(1) Pay attention to the torque value of the torque wrench to be used, and do not overload it
(2) Try to keep the torque wrench drive head, multiplier and the object to be locked coaxially
(3) Try to keep the reaction arm in reliable plane contact with the obstruction
(4) Try to keep the reaction force and the reaction arm at right angles
(5) The reaction point should be as far away from the multiplier as possible and within the safety triangle
(6) For safety reasons, the use of double arms or balanced reaction arms is not allowed
(7) To remove the multiplier, first remove the torque wrench and the anti-rebound device, and do not knock it
(8) If a large multiplier is used, please use it with a crane or other tools
2. Maintenance of the torque multiplier
(1) Regularly replace the internal lubricating oil of the multiplier every year
(2) Do not damage the appearance of the multiplier
III. Pneumatic Torque Wrench
1. Use of pneumatic torque wrench
(1) Make sure the air source is clean before use
(2) Pay attention to the working environment before use
(3) Please pay attention to the air lubricant (Shell No. 15 oil) at any time
(4) Please clean the air filter sponge regularly
(5) According to the air pressure-torque relationship, adjust the three-point control valve so that the air pressure entering the wrench meets the torque requirements
(6) Keep the wrench drive head and the locked object aligned coaxially
(7) Keep the reaction force arm and the resisting object in reliable flat contact
(8) Do not let the torque value exceed the maximum limit
(9) Keep the pneumatic torque wrench clean
2. Maintenance of pneumatic torque wrench
(1) Keep the appearance clean
(2) Add lubricant (Shell Tellus 15)
(3) Regularly drain the accumulated water in the three-point control valve
(4) The air filter cotton of the pneumatic wrench body needs to be cleaned twice a week
(5) The inside of the pneumatic wrench body should be maintained at least once every six months
(6) If further maintenance is required, it is not recommended to disassemble the transmission part by yourself, please contact us
(7) Regularly calibrate the pressure gauge and the air pressure-torque relationship to meet the working requirements, please contact us
