The internal leakage of hydraulic cylinder refers to the leakage phenomenon of the piston head seal of double acting cylinder, and the leakage occurs inside the cylinder, so how to judge whether the hydraulic cylinder has internal leakage? Let’s talk about this.
Common discrimination methods:
1. At the production site, people make full use of the sensory methods such as watching, listening, smelling and touching. After observing that the oil cylinder can not move, the movement is delayed or the oil temperature is changed, the vibration and noise are felt, and then according to the judgment of whether the oil cylinder has internal leakage.
2. Another method commonly used on site is to extend the oil cylinder into place to ensure that there is no load on the oil cylinder and it will not retract. Turn off the machine, remove the oil pipe with rod cavity, and then pressurize the switch of the oil cylinder. If there is oil flowing out of the oil port with rod cavity, the oil cylinder will leak inside. If there is no oil coming out, other links will be considered to have problems.

Judgment method of oil discharge and unloading:
Remove the main return pipe of the joint of the oil hole and oil pipe in the upper chamber of the lifting cylinder, connect it to the empty oil basin, make the piston of the lifting cylinder rise to the high point, clean the hydraulic oil in the upper chamber of the piston, and then reverse the multi way reversing valve for several times. Because the upper chamber has no pressure oil supplement due to the withdrawal of the main return pipe, the lower chamber of the piston is filled with oil to raise the piston to the highest point. It is found that the upper chamber has a lot of hydraulic oil cleaning The oil in the upper and lower chambers of the piston of the open lifting cylinder leaks internally.

Detection method of small internal leakage:
According to the method of checking internal leakage by gear flowmeter: it is very simple to check whether internal leakage occurs by flowmeter, that is, when the hydraulic system is not stable, the theoretical flow of hydraulic pressure in the pipeline is 0. Use flowmeter to check whether there is flow at both ends of the oil cylinder. If there is still flow, it can judge whether internal leakage occurs in the oil cylinder.

Mold hydraulic control system: because leakage is inevitable, when the oil cylinder is operating safely and stably, when there is about 5 ml/min in the pipeline, this is normal, and it can be considered that the oil cylinder does not leak. If there is more than 10 ml/min in the pipeline, it is considered that the oil cylinder begins to leak.
Detection and display system of oil cylinder internal leakage system: through the real-time detection of the flow in the pipeline by the industrial computer, and through the oil cylinder internal leakage alarm, the internal leakage of the oil cylinder can be timely grasped.
