The Battery Powered Crimping Tools are composed of oil tank, power mechanism, reversing valve, relief valve and pump oil mechanism. The oil pump mechanism is composed of oil pump body, oil outlet hole of high and low pressure oil, eccentric shaft, eccentric bearing, driven gear, a pair of high pressure oil pumps and a low pressure oil pump.
The oil pump body is fixed on the oil tank cover, the oil outlet holes of high and low pressure oil are arranged on the oil pump body, which are connected with the oil circuit of the relief valve, the eccentric shaft is longitudinally arranged, the upper end is pivoted in the center of the oil pump body, the lower end is fixed with the eccentric bearing, the driven gear is fixed on the top of the eccentric shaft, which is connected with the power mechanism, the high and low pressure oil pumps are fixed on the oil pump body, each with an actuator which is in contact with the eccentric bearing The pump cavity of the low-pressure oil pump is respectively connected with the oil outlet holes of the high-pressure and low-pressure oil pumps.
