Four Working Principles of Pneumatic Pump:
When the plunger rises to the upstream stroke, the selection valve opens again, and compressed air pushes the plunger to discharge oil.
When the pneumatic pump is not loaded, the above actions are repeated at a high frequency of about 2000 strokes per minute until the pressure and oil pressure are stable. When the pressure of both is constant, the circulation action of the torsion pump will stop automatically. If the pressure of the oil pressure loop drops unexpectedly, as long as compressed air is supplied for a long time, the pneumatic pump will automatically operate until the oil pressure reaches a constant again.
Compressed air enters through the filter to push the selection valve down. Then the gas enters the cylinder through the passage to push the piston down. The piston connected with the piston acts with the piston at the same time. The piston presses the oil in the chamber to the outlet through the one-way valve.
When the plunger drops down, the selection valve closes and prevents compressed air from entering the cylinder body. Then the spring in the cylinder overcomes the pressure and pushes the piston up. The plunger also rises. At this time, the suction one-way valve opens and sucks oil into the chamber. The gas is discharged from the muffler through the passage.
