For example, if the piston and the piston rod are not concentric, the piston rod is full-length or partially bent, the cylinder bore is not straight, the cylinder body is drum shaped or has a large taper, the smoothness in the cylinder is reduced or roughening occurs, the installation accuracy of the cylinder is out of tolerance, the screw nuts at both ends of the piston rod are tightened too tightly to make its concentricity poor, and the excessive friction force of the oil seal is too large, etc., it will cause crawling.

The fit clearance between the piston and the cylinder block of the hydraulic cylinder is too large, the assembly size of the O-ring is not correct, there is no pre-compression shrinkage or the high and low pressure cavity communication is caused by wear, bite, aging and other phenomena. The partial and total wear of the oil cylinder, poor linearity and too high oil pressure and temperature will cause insufficient working pressure of the oil cylinder.
